The 5070G-001 chronograph manual-wind watch, features a 42 mm case. This is a white gold example with silver dial, Arabic numerals and white gold deployant buckle with a new Patek Philippe Calf Strap. Functions include hours, minutes, second hand, and chronograph.
In 1998, the Ref. 5070 represented Patek Philippe's return to production of chronograph watches after 30 years . The last chronograph model produced before this was Ref. 1463, for which production was halted in the late 1960s. The 5070 production was limited to 250 watches per year in each metal.
